Suggest Treatment For Fever, Chills And Severe Back Pain

my wife has a fever or 101 degrees , chills,and severe back pain and says her ribs hurt just breathing. a little bit of pain with urination. Initial thoughts are a UTI but not quite sure if it could be something else. started yesterday and got worse this afternoon. any suggestions as to what we may be able to do outside of an ER visit?
