Hi Doctor My 4 year old Son eeight 17 kg has high fever col and cough. U was giving him ibugesic as prescribed earlier by a doctor. Now dictor prescribed him meftal p. I have given him meftal p 2.5 ml 6 hrs back. But he has high fever now also. What i should give him ibugesic or meftal p

It might be sue to some respiratory infection for which give him antibiotic like Azithral or Moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with tab diominic-dca or tab wikoryl for chest discomfort. For cough you can take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
