Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cold And Runny Nose In A Child

Hi my 11 months old child had suffered from pneumoniia aatacks twice aat the age of 1 month aand 1000 months so after his acute rx Doctor has advised ultimon lc kid daily 1 tab till 2 months after usinng for a month my child again got sever running nose,cold and fever. Other Doctor has prescribed ascoril ls. So my question is whetther to continue this tablet in his acute situation ??

Drugs like paracetamol can be started to control body temperature. Do sponging to reduce temperature.
Antibiotics may be started empirically.
Consult a pediatrician and he will direct you accordingly.
