Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
Fever, cough, generalized weakness, body ache and head ache and increased fatigue suggest that you have got some recent infection or there may be some ongoing inflammatory activity from your known carcinoma. The presence of chest symptoms along with them particularly suggest evaluation for any chest infection or pneumonia.
Alogwith that considering your past history, and the fact that you have been having Tylenol for long, I think you should have a detailed clinical examination by your treating physician and several investigations.
You may need the following investigations-
Complete blood count, urea, creatinine, electrolytes, LFT, Malaria dual antigen, NS1 antigen, CRP, blood culture
Urine for routine examination
Stool for routine examination and OBT
USG whole abdomen
Chest Xray PA
Sputum for gram stain and AFB
Please don't delay in consulting your local physician. The medical history of yours suggest that you may have compromised immune status and any infection would disseminate fast if prompt actions are not taken.
Please maintain good hydration and healthy diet and avoid any form of stress. You had the ability to fight cancer. Now, you can fight an infection too. So, please don't be anxious.
For any further information, please write back to me directly.
Regards.
