Hi, my child has the following symptoms: Rapid breathing 40 and over temps for 3 days Fevers Coughing began with croup type cough, now turned chest cough. Constant coughing for hours then finds relief. Delirious Racing heartbeat Pale skin Massive headaches Please help?

I think he is having possible pneumonia. Send to ER or consult with his pediatrician as soon as possible. Should start prescription antibiotics, antihistamines, aerosoltherapy with steroids. If can't manage to see his pediatrician immediately, hurry up to ER, do not delay.
