Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cough And Vomiting In A Child

hi, My niece has fever, cough and omitting since 4 days. we consulted doctor they gave calpol, mox tab, asthalin and one for syrup for omitting. If she take asthalin and mox tab den she will omit, If we gave calpol syrup then fever will decrease again after 3 to 4 hours it will start. fever also not decreasing, what can I do please suggest.

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Asad Riaz, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.
These all symptoms suggestive of food poisoning ... if u were my patient I would like to give anti metics to stop vomiting n so that can give other med Bcs calpol don't have ability to kill microbes .. so for that mox tab need to stay n work... so I advised u u to take antiemetic n then take these med so that it give their affect
