Suggest Treatment For Fever Despite Taking Azithromycin

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from fever b/w 100 to 102 Fr. since 16th september 2016 till date. I was taking paracetamol for fever and it was helpfull.I tried to skip it 3 to 4 times on different days to check my condition without it then again i was caught under fever.On 26th september after 10 days i got some test done for typhoid and haemogram. My results are mentioned below Haemoglobin 14.4 TLC 10100 DLC Neutrophils 29 Lymphocytes 65 Monocytes      01 ESR(Westergren Method)     32 Widal (Slide Method)     -ve Typhidot IgM & IgG     -ve Platelet Count          1.58 RBC                4.39 Now from past 2 days i am taking Azithromycin but their is no change in fever, their is no cough or cold. I have severe headache also most of the time.I am drinking lots of water and avoiding oily food. Please suggest some treatment.

Dear patient where you are from Please mention your country ,and i saw all your results that's good over all i will recomend you to start on DIGESIC P TWICE A DAYS FOR ALMOST MONTH to cover your symptoms till we have proper diagnosis Plz tell me MORE ABOUT fever is related with shivering or sweating , time of the fever means occurs on the evening or morning or whole day ,and if related with the meals . ok
