Suggest Treatment For Fever In A Child

Sir my 3yrs old son getting fever since 3days but after 12-24hrs between 99.1-100.9.m giving crocin for fever &for congestion penergen &cepodem still fever is coming after 12hrs. Secondly this 1st time mm facing this prob otherwise he gets fever consistent fever after every 1or 2month. Pls help ASAP

As you explain the situation it would be better for the child to be re-evaluated by his pediatrician and to see if there is something wrong and if something should be changed in his treatment.
