General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a paediatrician and get evaluated. Paracetamol can be tried according to the body weight.

Malaria is unlikely. You can wait for few days for spontaneous recovery. If symptoms persists routine blood work is required. Antibiotics may be required empirically.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
