Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your child have symptom of fever while teething which seems to be due to very normal after teething as gums are red and swollen and tooth has to come out of that which causes extreme exertion and frustration to child. Need not to worry. Maintain hygiene of gums by rubbing wet clothes on gums. Apply local anesthetic gel along with antiseptic mouthwash. Visit pediatrician once and get it examined to pedodontist and start treatment after complete examination. Give child complete rest and fluids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
