My 19 months old child has a fever flaunting between 101 to 103.3 since last 48 hours. As suggested by doctor I am giving 3.5ml Atarax dose three times in a day and 5 ml flexon syrup every 7 hours. Till now i have given 4 Atarax dose and 5 flexon dose to him but still fever is there. After 30 minutes of each flexon dose, child become near to normal temperature condition however once 6/7 hours passes, his body again picks up heat. During fever his body is shivering and he stops responding properly. Also his mouth become dry. Please suggest what next I need to do?
