Suggest Treatment For Fever, Lower Abdominal Pain And Constipation

Thursday night chills no fever Friday Fever between 100-101 , pain in lower abdomen , was constipated , pain when urinating middle pelvic area Saturday same Sunday little better , fever down but still pain Monday , lot better TOday back to square one again

What is your age, male or female?
As per above complains diagnosis may be
1. Pelvic infection (female)
2. Urinary tract infection.
3. Ureteric or bladder calculi.
4. Appendicitis.
So do investigations.
US abdomen and pelvis, CBC, urine analysis and C/S.
Review with the report.
