Suggest Treatment For Fever, Nausea And Headaches

My daughter had a fever of 100.6 accompanied with chills, severe headache, nausea, and vomiting. I gave her Advil and put her in a lukewarm bath. However her headache has worsened and the fever has gone up to 101.8. Should I continue to treat with ibuprofen or should she be seen by a doctor? She has not had an appetite or eaten anything today but has been drinking water. She is nine years old.
