Suggest Treatment For Fever , Nausea And Migraine

Hi, I have been sick now going on 5 days. I have had a persistent temp of 99.9-100.6 with many differrent symptoms such as body aches running nose, nausua,migraine, loss appetite, and trouble sleeping. Could it be bacteria infection or just the flu coming around?
