Suggest Treatment For Fever Post Vaccination In A Child

My baby is 2.5 months old Last Saturday he has gone through with the vaccination, and now he is suffering from fever so can we give him ibugesic plus if yes then how much ml? And if not then which medicine we should give? Moogli guuti - should we give him or not?

Dear Patient, you may give ibugesic, the ml dosage is usually listed on the package. Also Paracetamol suppository is an alternative best regards
