Suggest Treatment For Fever, Runny Nose And Congestion In Children

my 14 month old was throwing up with a fever on friday 1/23. His fever broke over the weekend broke over the weekend and left him with a snotty, runny nose and congestion. Today, his fever is back to 101.5. Im not one to run to a doctor. Could this just be fever from the sinuses draining?

For symptomatic treatment antipyretic, decongestant or saline nasal drop is advided along with plenty of warm liquid and proper feeding. For making a diagnosis h/o alone is not sufficient. Proper physical examination and investigation are needed.
