Suggest Treatment For Fever, Sore Throat And Hip Pain

My 8 year old daughter has been on and off sick for the past week and a half. Started with. Omitting and a headache. Later complained of sore throat. She was worse, then better 2 days, then worse in cycles. She has slept for 2 days straight and in between was normal going to school. Today she s slept all day. She now has a fever, and is complaining of r hip pain. McBurney s point is slightly tender but she s more tender along the trochanter area of her leg with some complaints of groin pain. Peeing fine. Very fatigued. Just had her go to her bed and she couldn t walk. She crawled to her bed and had her carry me part way. Still has fever. Any thoughts??

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be suggestive of viral infection or it could be allergic condition if she is playful even after the symptoms then it is nothing to worry, such symptoms may not need any symptoms unless it is sever one and it is the febrile condition if it is so then you can try Tab Acetaminophen 250 mg as per needed and for vomiting Domperidone 10 mg can be tried, if the condition persist then better to see the pediatrician hope this information helps.
