Suggest Treatment For Fever, Sore Throat And Red Rashes Around Knees

I had night fever and mild sore throat for the past 2 weeks. At the third week, I have severe headache, knee pain that makes it hard to even walk, night fever, night sweat, elevated ESR. Third week symptoms were for 4 days until now and at the fourth day a red rash appeared around my knees

It started with sore throat and fever and latter knee pain it indicates infective arthritis.It is better to go for investigations.Investigations are Hb Tlc Dlc Esr blood culture, Synovial fluid examination,Urine routine ,and xray knee.From all you have brought to my knowledge. Although treatment should be finalisrd after reports ,we can start the trratment after giving thr samples.Treatment is injection amoxycillin with clavulanic acid 1000 mg three times a day plus injection gentamycin 80 mg both interavenusly plus metronidazole 200mg iv To relieve injection diclofenac acid im daily for fifteen days.
