Hi,

Noted your history related to your 2 year old son having vomiting, fever and treated at home conservatively with available medicines but still has problems as mentioned.
Since the problem is going on for a week or so, the cause is not cured and needs proper clinical evaluation and examination by a Pediatrician or a Pediatric Surgeon.
Relevant tests of blood, urine and stool.
X-ray chest and ultrasound of abdomen if required as the following things are common in children of 2 years.
Enteritis.
Abdominal nodes.
Worms.
All these things as mentioned above can help to get a proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
Better not to take a chance in a child of 2 years.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
