General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since your son is having vomiting, you are suggested to give him anti-emetics, one stat, to stop vomiting. If the vomiting stops and he is better, you should give give him ORS, Electrol and warm light beverage to help him stay hydrated and vitals (blood pressure and blood glucose) maintained. In case vomiting continues, you should take him to ER, get him clinically examined. He may need shots (injections to stop vomiting) and intravenous fluid support urgently.

After vomiting stops you may give him acetaminophen (Tylenol), one SOS after food or when needed to reduce back pain and fever. He should take adequate rest. Give him home made food preferably boiled. Get Liver function tests, Urinalysis, CBC, required imaging tests done to detect any liver disorder or any other pathology.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
