Suggest Treatment For Fever

Hi!
My 3 years old daughter been having fever 101 and we t up to103 I took her to see the doctor Tueday the doctor said she have oral infection she gave her

Cefdinir 250 my once a day
But she still running fever I have to keep giving her Advil I took her back Friday the doctor gave her antibiotic shot she still running fever if I don't give her advil every 5-6 hours should I take her to ER?

What is the pattern of fever continuous or intermittent ?
is she playful in between fever spikes?
is she passing urine normally & how many times? or any urinary complaints ?
is she drowsy ? or difficult to wake up?
how is her food intake?
