Suggest Treatment For Fever,cold And Severe Headache
over the last 4-5 days I have had a fever, cold symptoms, and a severe headache. I ve used multiple over the counter meds. I believe I have a sinus infection. The roof of my mouth is extremely sore and sensitive,is this consistent with a sinus infection?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection.
As it is not improving there is more chance of having bacterial infection.
Go for one course of antibiotic medicine like Azithromicin 500 mg once a day for 3-5 days.
Do warm salt water gargles.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
