Suggest Treatment For Fever,muscle Ache And Constipation

Hi Sir, This is Deena 24 yrs old. Last year I got typhoid fever 2 times with in a year. From that time onwards i have following symptoms.
1. Fever with swetting in the palm and foot
2. Fever stays for an hour and i feel weak
3. Having Pain around umbilicus region
4. Having Constipation
5. Having muscle ache
I took antibiotic monocef Bd and Dolosos when i got the fever.
Now also I am feeling the same symptoms.
Please help me with right treatment.

Hi Deena.....
Typhoid is a disease which is known to cause recurrence and chronic carrier state. The symptoms you have described could be because of chronicity or due to active disease (ie Typhoid or may be even another one).
Investigations are different for active typhoid and carrier state. Blood investigations are preferred for active, acute cases whereas urine , stool culture and other serology test (Anti vi antibody) are preferred for carrier state. kindly consult your physician for further opinion.
