Suggest Treatment For Fibrocystic Breast Disease

I have fibrocystic breast disease, but I am now 63 and have went through menopause so I have not had any problems until about a month ago my right breast became inflamed, red and sore. The nipple was inverted, but has been for some time. I had a mammogram and ultrasound last march which showed no signs of cancer. Please help

Thanks for posting to hcm,
As u mentioned there were no signs of cancer even after puckering,that seems that we don't need urgent surgery. So its mostly likely a irritation or infection, so you can take antibiotics like amoxycillin for 7 days and see whether it gets reduced? And try to wash the area with antiinfective creams and try to keep it dry and prevent it from any irritative sources.
