Hello and thank you for the question!
Breast fibroids, or fibrocystic breast disease, is common, especially in women who are 30 years or older . Its a benigne condition that is caused by different factors which play a significant role in the development of this disease.
The most significant acting factor of fibrocystic breast, is the regular woman hormone cycle which include progrestereone and estrogen. The treatment of this conditions requires time and regular breast imaging examinations time after time. Breast self examination or regular breast examinations by a physician is needed periodically. Also o good Dietary Therapy for example vegetarian or low fat diet, high fiber foods.
For the Medicinal Therapy, the recommendation include oral contraceptives to decrease symptoms, so you better consult your GYN doctor. Best of luck.
Kind regards!
