Suggest Treatment For Fibroid In Uterus
I am a 73 yr old lady with a 4 lb fibroid in my uterus due to a recent move an lots of lifting have started bleeding. Have discontinued my warfarin with Dr. permission an resting but does not last if I do anything like carry groceries or do laundry comes back . How serious is this ??

You might get anemic due to intermittent bleeding. It may get secondarily infected.
The cancerous transformation has also been reported. See your gynecologist, she will give you hormone replacement therapy.
In severe cases, myomectomy (surg. removal of fibroid) or hysterectomy is needed
