Suggest Treatment For Fibroid S In Uterus

My uterus is packed with fibroids causing my uterus to be enlarged and the size of a 20 week pregnacy. The largest fibroid is 8cm. I also have a grade 3 prolapsed uterus. Dr gave me a few options for treatment. A hysterectomy, lupron shots,UA E, or wait until menopause and see if they shrink. My question is, if I try one of the options other then hysterectomy to shrink fibroids, if that causes uterus to shrink down as well, could i possibly experience my uterus falling lower or maybe even falling out altogether? My dr mentioned that perhaps with the uterus so enlarged, maybe that is helping uterus to stay in the body. What are your thoughts please.

Hello,

No, it will never cause that. You will not experience my uterus falling lower or maybe even falling out altogether but you might gvet ulcers on the exposed part. You might get infection too.

This needs a pelvic floor repair though uterine fibroid s can be managed by anti-bleeding drugs like tranexamic acid, HRT and perineal hygiene.
