Suggest Treatment For Fibroids

I recently started Fibercon about 3 weeks ago after a developed a hemorrhoid. I was taking 2 tabs twice daily with full glass of water but did not realize I needed to drink 6-8 glasses per day. 2 days ago I developed severe abdominal pain mostly in lower right quadrant. I have been to the ER twice this weekend in pain. They could not figure out what is causing my pain. I think that I might have some fibercon stuck to my walls. I am thinking of using a a stimulant laxative tonight. I have not had a bowel movement since this started 2 days ago. CT ruled out obstruction. I also stopped the fibercon at that time. Would that be ok?

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that you should get an enema done and stop taking fibercon. It’s recommended for you to consult a gastroenterologist and a gynaecologist for proper treatment.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
