Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia And Diabetic Neuropathy

Hello Drs I m 53 yrs old. I have tpye2 diabetic, hypertension, cholesterol and triglycerides high. Also, I have fibromyalgia and diabetic neuropathy. Im in constant pain. I m an emotional eater I loss my dad a year ago and 5 months after my dad passing my mom had a massive stroke which I m taking care of her. I would like your advise if it would be best to do lap- band?

HI, as per your symptoms and your disease history ,you are suffered from lifestyle diseases i.e diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipedimia. as accordind to your history all these 3 diseases at their chronic levels and you are also in lot of stress because of some mishappenings being happpened in your life. so now ,i just want to advice you that nothing is better than health. so if u want to be healthy ,you must have to change your lifestyle. you have to follow some instructions i.e start meditation , yoga, morning walk,and follow proper dietary habits i.e avoid sweet ,oily, salty eatables, consume more fibre rich and balanced diet ,take food in divided meals, follow dietary chart and your excercise and walk schedule regularly. one most important thing please consult a good endocrinologist and dietitian. and be positive and cool.
