Suggest Treatment For Fibrotic Opacity In Upper Zone

My Age is 28 Years ,
Height 175 cm,
Weight 72 Kg .
History :I had allergy from fine dust and climate change . That used to be severe in Oct -NOV month during starting of winter . From last 5 years i am reliding in coastal area and the symptoms of allergy are not now
Habbits : I am vegetaria , non-alcoholic and Occasional Smoker .
Observation : In a recent chest X-ray , doctor found fibrotic Opacity in upper zone and reccommend me to cunsult a pulmonologist .
I need your advice in this regard .

fibrotic opacity in the lung can be due to various causes which include :-
lung infections like pnemonia, fungal infections.
tb has to be ruled out.
inflammatory disease needs to be ruled out.
the opacity could be due to the occasional smoking you do.
i would suggest go see the pulmonologist to rule out the above condition.
