Suggest Treatment For Flatulence And Abdominal Bloating

Yesterday, I was feeling queasy. I felt very bloated and felt like I had a lot of gas. Possibly Reflux. So, I took GasEx. I later woke up with vomiting last night. I vomiting twice (a lot) once and then vomited again 1 hour later. I then fell asleep and woke up feeling fine. Although, now I am starting to have the same feelings as yesterday. Could this possibly be an underlying medical condition that might need further testing (e.g.. endoscopy)?

Hi..thanks for posting on HCM.....I understood yr concern..Dont worry...its a gastritis or may be upper gastrointestinal infection..Just take orally tab ondastron twice and tab pentaprazole bd for 3 days and abdominal ultrasound...I think ENDOSCOPY Is not necessary..
