Suggest Treatment For Flatulence And Constant Lump In Throat
am 56 years old, 5 7 and I weigh 195 lbs, For the last 2 days, I have felt like I have gas trapped in my stomach with a constant lump in my throat that won t go away. I feel like I have to belch and when I do, it helps slightly but then returns to the symptoms above. This is becoming more uncomfortable. Past stomach issues occurred about 10 years ago when an endoscopy discovered parasites. I was put on meds and it seemed to take care of it. Haven t had an problems since, until now. Is there anything I can do on my own to help?

You add lot of fibers in your diet. Drink warm water 30 min before meal and 40 min after taking meal. Start on these changes and get back to me in 2 to 3 months.
