Suggest Treatment For Flatulence, Bleeding During Defecation And Decreased Stool

I ve been passing alot of gas and everytime I go to use the restroom, I pass a long gas as if I had alot of air put inside me and I barely leave any poop, just a little bit and I bleed sometimes alot and sometimes a little bit, I don t feel pain whatsoever and I m getting worried about it, I used hemorrhoidal suppositories once and they went away but they came back, what can I do to prevent this from happening again, I am 20 years of age male

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there for the flatulence one is air swallowing at the time of eating (Talking while eating ) second it could be protozoa infection, stop talking while eating, second "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day can be tried for 7 days for infection, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
