Suggest Treatment For Floaters In Vision After An Eye Surgery

I had lazer eye surgery 3 weeks ago to fix a tear in the back of my eye. Everythinhg has been doing well. Today I started having a large floater again, along with a headache at the back of my head, and my blood pressure is up to 150/98. I have been drinking a lot of water to try and help. It doesn t seem to be subsiding. Should I give it until tomorrow or what should I do?
