Suggest Treatment For Floaters In Vision After Cataract Surgery

I recently had cataract surgery in both eys e. My 1sy was uneventful...the 2nd was done differently using a needle to inject medication normally used as drops applied daily afterwards. As a result, I had severe black cobweb floaters that on lt went away after steroid eyedrops. In the past 2 weeks, I have had a persistent pulling down of my upper eyelid only in that eye and is very visible when looking in the mirror. I was diagnosed with glaucoma while being tested for the cataracts with and nightly eyedrops as treatment. Can you tell me would could be the cause ?

I really can't say. IT can be a normal finding, it can indicate glaucoma that is doing damage or it can even be retinal damage or detachment. There should be follow up after the surgery and this should be addressed then.
