Suggest Treatment For Flu With Nausea

I had a saw throat to start off with then runny nose cold sweats one minute in bed then im dripping with sweat and really hot.I have been having constant headaches and watery diarrhea I feel nausea all the time but never vomit.please help im going on day 6 and I cant keep my fluids up im also breast feeding

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to viral infection and it may last few days during this time period you may experience many symptoms if all that symptoms are mild then may not need any treatment and if these are moderate or severe then it may requires medication, for diarrhea it does not need any medication but hydration needs to be taken care, if fever is there then it can be managed with Acetaminophen orally, nausea can be managed with Domperidone 20 mg as per needed over all it is just nothing to worry hope this information helps.
