Suggest Treatment For Flu,cough And Fever During Pregnancy

I'm 10 weeks 2 pregnant , I went to my Gynae as I was suffering from Flue, cough nd fever. She put me on Zinnat 500 Mg ( 2 times ) and Panadol. I'm very scared that I'll have a Miscarriage and lose my baby :( as I had earlier Miscarriage at 9.5 weeks but fetus was only 7 weeks.

hi,zinnat is cefuroxime and panadol is paracetamol which are both safe in early pregnancy.there is nothing to worry.in addition take steam inhalation and do saline warm water gargles.dont take stress.all will be fine.take care.
