Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating BP Readings Through Out The Day

I had a pill stuck in my throat and had an intense 15 minute coughing until I got it up. After that my bp was 200/120 went to ER it was 175/90. I am home now and it is 178/90 normally I am 108 over some thing I take BP med normally and did today so what is going on?

thanks for posting....your bp probably raised to such a high value due to anxiety of that pill stucked in our throat....just keep a record of your bp and continue your antihypertensives.....it will be all fine
