Suggest Treatment For Fluctuation In Heart Rate And Uneasiness
I missed my daily dosage of my beta- blocker (about 20hrs late) due to a mix-up, i realized that something is wrong due to felling of heart racing and general uneasiness. i took my blood pressure 136mmhg*sys 86mmhg*dia and 97 pulse/min. took my pill (1/2 out 20mg kerlone) and in 30min had 11.9 over 7.5 and 77. (while obviously not the best practice not to take your meds should i do anything more other to monitor my bp? I am 32 male (174cm/113kg) and i take b-blockers to monitor my heart pulses.
