Suggest Treatment For Fluid In The Right Lung And Enlarged Lymph Nodes

I have fluid in my right lung has a CT scan done 2 months ago at the time had some fluid in lung with lymph nodes somewhat enlarged, went back 3 days ago and another CT scan showed more fluid in lung around lung and more enlargement of lymph nodes. I am an 18 year survivor or breast cancer stage4. what should my next course of action be and what is the possible outcome. I am 65 years old in good health and a non smoker.

As per your history is concerned there are many points for this reason ,so first do a full blood count with differential and do a tuberculin test to ruled out most common infections as well as tuberculosis .(Thanks)
Investigations-
Full blood count with differential
Liver and kidney function test
ECG & ECHO
Do a thoracoscopy and send for culture of fluid and cytologic exam
