Hi there, my name is JD. A couple weeks ago i had flutter vibrations in the right side of my lower chest...now pain and its pretty much gone now. And about a week ago I have been having shortneness of breath. I constantly have to take in deep breaths and sometimes I just dont get the full breath in so I have to start all over again ( It looks like im yawning ) anywho I was going to go to the store and pick up some vitamins and fish oils thinking that might help??? Any suggestions?? Also as a added note I am a very physically fit and active person. And I had asthma as a child but havent had a attack since then and very mild asthma since i was 24
