Suggest Treatment For Follicular Lymphoma Of The Duodenum?
My husband was recently diagnosed with follicular lymphoma of the duodenum. Staging is in process he will have BM bx this week. He has recently been having frequent belching during the day and night regardless of time of eating. Is this a symptom of the disease?

If the disease is confirmed, chemotherapy is the treatment of choice and surgical intervention is not required. Consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
Bloating and dyspeptic symptoms can be managed with antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole.
