yes please my sister is 63yrs old she has been Non Hodgkins Lymphoma is 2005 but doctors think has had it 4 or 5 before she was diagnosed now she is dealing with follicular lymphoma how serious is this for her we leave in different States I myseif have health her are some # she gave me white cells count is at 1.6, Hgbat8.1 Hct 23 Plaletts at Nuetro 6 red cells 2.5 please explain what all this means as I can t visit her because of my own health issues. Sorry to heard about your sister health. She is having follicular lymphoma which is form of cancer of lymph node. It can be treated by chemotherapy mainly as advised by oncologist. The prognosis depends on many parameters like histological grade, metastasis etc that can be discussed with your oncologist. Her hemoglobin level, red blood cells count and platelet are low that is due to involvement of bone marrow by tumor cells.
