Suggest Treatment For Food Poisoning

I feel like I have the stomach flu or food poisoning. Been having diarrhea for 24 hours and just threw up for the first time. My puke was dark brown and liquid. I did have chocolate on my ice cream right before I got sick but figure out why its like this. I'm worried its blood. I'm 28 female. The stomach pains are the worst ive ever had. Worried,

take loperamide 4 mg twice daily
drionk plenty of ors and water
keep yourself hydrated
geta stool test done
