Suggest Treatment For Foot Numbness With Red Spots

I have numbness in my left foot , the feeling like it s asleep and this morning I noticed red spots . I have been taking a muscle relaxer because of a siatic nerve problem that started a week ago. I haven t taken the muscle relaxer in a couple of days though
