Suggest Treatment For Foul Smell From Nose After Polyp Removal

i had polyps removed from my nose a bout 2months ago but there this strong bad smell coming from one of my nostril, i tried taking anitibiotics (ammoxicllion) no help...i do rinse my nose everyday...still no help...i feel terrible ..plz give me your opinion....

hello, thanks for your query, foul smelling from single nasal body could be due to rhinolith( retained foreign body), fungal sinusitis, maggots, atrophic sinusitis, granulomatous diseases. kindly evaluate by nasal endoscopy from an ent surgeon. treatment could be according to d cause. all d best. take care.
