Suggest Treatment For Fragmented Sprem
My wife and I recently suffered our second miscarriage. I know miscarriages happen for many reasons, and I'm looking into my health now. I was on Paxil for 12 years and recently got off in April. I heard it can cause fragmented sperm. What are things I can do to ensure healthy sperm on my end?

Dna fragementation of sperms happen for many reasons.. of which is smoking and some drugs.. ti reduce the fragementations you should go for a diet rich in antioxidants and vitamin E or take them as supplements.. you have to consider that miscarriages happen for many reasons not only DNA fargementation
