Hello dear Understand your concern Fenulum breve is condition where frenulum get shorten and restrict the movement of foreskin/ It is not fully retracted. First you have to consult the urologist or plastic surgeon to confirm the frenulum breve because sometime this condition may be confused with phimosis. So phimosis should be rule out by clinical examination by urologist/general surgeon. In some case this problem can be improved by stretching and by steroid application. But best treatment of frenulum breve after confirmation is surgery under local anesthesia. There is two type of surgery: 1. Circumscision: In this procedure frenulum is cut with foreskin 2.
