Suggest Treatment For Frenulum Breve

hi. ive got frenulum breve. diagnosed and everything. however, the surgery, the frenuloplasty isnt covered by my health insurance, and ive been reading about tying of the frenulum, and was wondering if i could do it myself or get a doctor wholl dit for me for cheap, but might not be a specialist...

Frenulum breve is a condition in which an elastic band of tissue under the glans penis that connects to foreskin is short and cause restriction in the movement of the prepuce.

Exact diagnosis also made by the general surgeon
Stretching exercise and steroid cream may be useful in some case under the medical supervision.
But exact treatment is frenuloplasty or complete circumcision.
But the choice of treatment depends on the severity of the condition.
So get examined by the general surgeon and take proper treatment.
It is not so costly. (2-4 thousands only)
