Hello,
Since you have frequent PVCs and palpitations you should learn to manage
stress.
Anxiety can trigger irregular heartbeats. Keep yourself away from activities, food or people that increase your anxiety and stress. Learn ways to reduce emotional stress. Getting more exercise, practicing mindfulness and connecting with others friends help to reduce stress.
Physical therapy and medications like beta blockers and calcium channel blockers are helpful. Eliminating common PVC triggers, such as caffeine or tobacco may reduce frequency of PVCs and palpitations. You are suggested to get routine cardiac check up done quarterly to rule out
ventricular tachycardia or any other developing cardiac ailment.
You are suggested to lose weight if
obese, control your blood sugar level if diabetic, avoid addictions if any. Stay away from fried, oily food, processed food, packaged food, refined flour, full fat dairy products, etc. Life style changes will reduce your symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
